In this video, we explore the differences between a hypertonic and a hypotonic pelvic floor. A hypertonic pelvic floor is overly tight and tense, causing pain and difficulty relaxing. In contrast, a hypotonic pelvic floor is too weak and loose, leading to issues like incontinence and lack of support for pelvic organs.
