First Trimester Foundation Program

Welcome to the First Trimester Foundation Program! We know the first trimester can be...a lot. The exhaustion is real, the morning sickness doesn't care that it’s 4pm, and your body already feels different—but you're not quite sure how to move it yet. That’s where we come in.

This program was designed with all of that in mind. It’s gentle, non-judgy, and 100% built to meet you wherever you are—whether that’s on your mat or curled up on the couch with saltines. We offer simple, supportive movement and breathwork to help you feel a little more grounded (even if the room’s spinning). Plus, we’ve got plenty of easy modifications and zero expectations—so if your “workout” today is just showing up and lying on your mat, we call that a win.
