You’ve made it past the first trimester fog (hallelujah), and now your body is officially in full-on baby-growing mode. Our Second + Third Trimester Prenatal Program is here to support all of it. Whether you're prepping for birth, navigating ab separation—this program is your go-to support system.
It’s a 50/50 blend of feel-good prenatal yoga flows and pelvic floor-focused classes, designed to meet your body exactly where it is—strong, soft, powerful, and changing by the week (sometimes by the hour). We’re talking breathwork for labor, strength for pushing (or not pushing—no pressure), and smart, safe movement that helps you prep for the marathon of birth and the real recovery work that happens after.
